Wow!
OK … I have only made three loaves of bread so far … but I can’t believe how EASY it is to make FRESH, homemade bread! I have to say that so far, I am in love with this machine. Before this, I had never baked anything in my entire life! (I am 56)
I watched the DVD that comes with the machine and although the lady is pretty schmaltzy … she is very thorough in explaining how to properly use the machine. I was able to make a loaf of simple white bread within minutes of watching the DVD and the bread was pretty darned good!
